What you Should Do:
1. Go to nearest Thana for GD( General Diary)
2. Publish a notice in any Dainik Newspaper with Name, Examination Center, Class, Roll, Passing Year, Board and How you Lost the certificate.
3. Then need to go Education Board's information Collection Center. And provide their your Application for for Duplicate certificate, GD copy And Paper Cutting.
